Cobalequin® Chewable Tablets for Cats & Dogs is an oral cobalamin (vitamin B12) supplement with the added benefits of the metabolically active form of folate (5-MTHF). Oral cobalamin has been shown in studies to increase serum cobalamin concentrations in dogs and cats.
Cobalequin® Chewable Tablets for Cats & Dogs are hydrolyzed chicken flavored.

Active Ingredients (per Tablet)
Small Size: Cyanocobalamin 250 mcg, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate 50 mcg
Medium to Large Size: Cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate 175 mcg
Hydrolyzed chicken flavor, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide

Cats & Dogs (Up to 22 lbs): 1 tablet daily
Medium to Large Size:
Dogs 22-100 lbs: 1 tablet daily
Dogs 100+ lbs: 2 tablets daily

Drug & Food Interactions
