Each Small to Medium Dogs chewable tablet contains: Glucosamine Hydrochloride 99% (FCHG49®) 600 mg; Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 400 mg; Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate (TRH122®) 250 mg; Eggshell Membrane (NMXEM70®) 175 mg; Proprietary Blend: Boswellia Serrata Extract (containing acetyl-11-keto-boswellic acid [AKBA]), Curcuma Longa Extract (containing curcuminoids) (NMXCC95®), Green Tea Extract (EGCG), and Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) 70 mg; Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU) Powder (NMX1000®) 45 mg; Manganese (Manganese Ascorbate) 3 mg.

Other Ingredients: Brewer’s dried yeast, dextrose, lecithin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, mixed tocopherols, natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, and soy protein isolate.

Dasuquin Advanced with ESM Chewable Tablets for Dogs should be given orally as directed by your veterinarian. Consult your veterinarian to determine which formulation is right for your dog.

Manufacturer suggested usage:

For dogs under 10 lbs:

Initial 4-6 weeks: Give 1/2 Small to Medium Dogs tablet per day.

After initial 6 weeks: Give 1/2 Small to Medium Dogs tablet per day.

For dogs 10 - 29 lbs:

Initial 4-6 weeks: Give 1 Small to Medium Dogs tablet per day.

After initial 6 weeks: Give 1/2 Small to Medium Dogs tablet per day.

For dogs 30 - 59 lbs:

Initial 4-6 weeks: Give 2 Small to Medium Dogs tablets per day.

After initial 6 weeks: Give 1 Small to Medium Dogs tablet per day.

For dogs 60 - 120 lbs:

Initial 4-6 weeks: Give 2 Large Dogs tablets per day.

After initial 6 weeks: Give 1 Large Dogs tablet per day.

Store in a cool, dry place at a controlled room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep in a secure location out of the reach of children and animals. Keep lid tightly secured to ensure freshness.

Exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture may affect the integrity and effectiveness of medications and supplements. Always store this product properly (e.g., away from the bathroom, kitchen sink, or other damp places).
