Usage

Frontline® Gold Topical Solution should be applied as directed by your veterinarian. This medication should be administered at every 30 day intervals, year-round to guarantee complete protection.  For dogs over 132 lbs, use the appropriate combination of tubes to ensure complete protection.

Immediately before use, remove one applicator from the package. Hold the applicator in the upright position (tip up) with the tip pointed away from your face. Twist the dispensing tip clockwise about 1/2 turn while pushing down to break the tube's seal. Do not remove the dispensing tip. Always keep the tube in the upright position to prevent leaking.

With the dog standing with its back horizontal, position the dispensing tip on the dog's back between the shoulder blades.  Use the dispensing tip of the tube to part the dog's hair so that the product will be applied at skin level. Begin squeezing out the contents of the tube to form a stripe as you move from the shoulder blades along the dog's back to the base of the tail.

Do not contact or allow children to contact the application site until dry.  Wash hands and contacted skin thoroughly with soap and water immediately after application.

Missed Doses

Give the dose as soon as you remember, unless it is time for the next dose.  Do not double dose.  If your dog has missed a dose please consult with your veterinarian.
